The Hydra Series of Automated Mercury Analysers covers a range of techniques including Cold Vapour Atomic Absorption and Fluorscence (CVAA and CVAF) and Thermal Decompositon combined with Atomic Absorption detection.  The instruments include the Hydra II-AA (CVAA), Hydra AF and AF GoldPlus (CVAF), and the Hydra C.

The newest additions to the range being: the Hydra II-AA and the Hydra C (Direct Mercury Analyser).  Using the same platform these instruments are interchangable  - for simple and quick detection of mercury in solids, liquids and gases (with Appendix K).
