Wilks Infraspec
The InfraSpec VFA-IR Spectrometer is a new concept in infrared instrumentation. It utilizes a patented design consisting of an ATR sample plate with an elongated, electronically modulated source on one end and a linear variable filter (LVF) and linear variable array on the other. The result is a compact spectrometer with no moving parts, no optical path exposed to air that is portable and rugged.
A LVF covers an octave in wavelength (ie: 2.5-5.0 microns (2000-400 cm-1) or 5.5-11 microns (1818-910 cm-1)).
This new easy-to-use “pocket-sized” (5”x5”x1.5”) spectrometer will supplement your FTIR and cost-effectively provide spectra on a wide variety of materials wherever they occur.

- Environmental Monitoring
