The FuelPro is Leeman Labs new Biofuel Analyser. Biodiesel is a renewable fuel produced from a variety of sources including: vegetable oils, animal fats and waste cooking oils. The resultant biodiesel is usually blended with traditional petroleum diesel forming a grade of fuel which can then be used as a standard diesel product (e.g. B20). Since contaminants in fuel can lead to operational problems standards have been developed to which biodiesel can be tested (e.g. ASTM D6751 and EN 14214).
FuelPro is a complete analytical system which allows you to quickly and efficiently measure your fuels for the elements outlined in ASTM D6751 and EN 14214. The elements currently of concern include: sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorous and sulfur. However, should the specifications expand in the future to include other elements; FuelPro can be easily upgraded to include those elements.
