Detection of Chemical Warfare Agents or CWA’s belongs to the same category as First Response. Although it is highly unlikely CWA’s would be used in modern warfare, there are concerns that terrorists could gain access to these chemicals. Thus governments all over the world are still investing money in building their CWA detection capability.
