Heated Lines & Controllers

When sampling hot wet gases it is critical that the dew point, temperature and condition of the sample is considered to ensure a representative sample is presented to the analyser. Sampling systems should be designed with high quality lines, heat tracing and  insulation to ensure no cold spots exist. If potential condensation is  ignored the consequences can produce inaccurate data and require expensive remedial service.
