At Quantitech we will work with you to provide a high level of service customised to meet your specific needs. We can offer this by ensuring we have access to the required skills and ensuring a timely response. To meet this target, we make a continuous investment in training for our highly skilled workforce, which enables our engineers to provide the level of support our customers have come to expect. Significant investment has been made in our stock of original manufacturers' parts to ensure the availability of spares. Quantitech has recruited highly qualified PhD Analytical Chemists to assist our Service Department with technical support and application-related problems. We have established efficient communication channels to provide access to the manufacturer's Application Chemists and Engineering groups to ensure a timely response to application and technical queries. (Installation of 'PC Anywhere' is recommended to facilitate remote interrogation of problems by either Quantitech or the manufacturer's engineer's).
Our preventative maintenance service contracts can be tailored to ensure an efficient cost-effective service.
We believe that 'satisfactory' is not good enough and are constantly seeking ways to improve. We have implemented a continuous customer survey which allows a constant stream of customer feedback, enabling us to ensure we are meeting the high standards we have set for customer satisfaction.
