We continuously invest in training a highly
skilled workforce, which enables our engineers to provide a high
level of support.
Our preventative maintenance service contracts are tailored to
ensure an efficient cost-effective sevice and a significant investment
in stock of original manufacturers' parts ensures consistent availability
of spares.
Access to manufacturers' application chemists and engineering
groups ensures a timely response to application and technical
queries.
Installation of 'PC Anywhere' is recommended to facilitate remote
interrogation of problems by either Quantitech or manufacturers'
engineers.
We believe that 'satisfactory' is not good enough and we are constantly
seeking ways to improve. For example, a continuous customer survey
system ensures that we are able to benefit from customer feedback.
